Sonotrax Pro Doppler with 8MHz Probe
Vascular testing checks for how well blood circulation is in the veins and arteries. This is most often done to determine and treat a patient for peripheral artery disease (PAD), stroke, and aneurysms. The SonoTrax Pro can be used when a patient has symptoms of PAD or if they believe they might. If a patient has diabetes, the healthcare provider may determine that a vascular test would be prudent to check for poor blood circulation.
The SonoTrax Pro model has a backlight, audio playback, and audio output, which can be connected with earphones or recorders. Our SonoTrax Pro dopplers are sold with an 8MHz probe for vascular diagnosis, rather than the standard 2 or 3MHz probe.
The Sonotrax 8 MHz vascular probe is intended to examine surface vessels while providing the highest resolution and a wider detecting range.
