The Germisafe™ Process Challenge Device (PCD) saves time
and eliminates variability associated with “test packs” that are
manually prepared in-house.
Designed to simulate the most difficult instruments to sterilize,
the Germisafe™ PCD provides a defined resistance to the
sterilization process and works to ensure effective sterilization of
ALL items in the load. The Germisafe™ PCD is validated to perform
equivalent to ANSI/AAMI 16-towel test, the universally accepted
gold standard for process challenge devices.*
