Multi-purpose, these protect toe tops and toe tips from shoe pressure and friction. Separate crooked, overlapping toes that rub. Support bent under ‘hammer’ and ‘claw’ toes. Position with its ‘spine’ under or on top of toes. Helps some people with foot and leg cramps, too. Interchangeable for right or left foot, can be used individually or as pairs.
